Our machines are designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you want, you can also plug them into a programmer. You can add small accessories to the automatons as long as they do not hinder movement and do not damage the plush.
You can use our online calendar to choose the rental dates that suit you.
The rental rate is based on a 6 week period with the possibility of adding additional weeks. In low season it is possible to make short term rentals with a minimum of 48 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests.
We will inform the carrier for the removal of the machine. You will then receive an email with the transport label for the return. You must ensure that the machine is placed in the cash register on the due date. Each automaton is delivered in a wooden box to keep safe for return.
The machines are checked and cleaned before shipment, thank you for returning them in good condition, clean and well vacuumed. (Artificial snow, glitter, etc.) You may be billed for repair costs if the machine suffered damage during the rental period with a minimum cleaning fee of 150 € The machines must imperatively be placed indoors, protected from humidity and out of the reach of children.
During the rental period, the machine is covered by your insurance in the event of theft or damage.
If, despite all our attention, a failure occurs, call us and we will make sure to return a machine to you as soon as possible.
